If you are consistently moving your body for 30 minutes of uninterrupted movement, you can reap many health benefits. <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your goal might be to get your body moving about five<\/b><\/span><\/span> times a week for 30 minutes.
